Who I Am
I’m Dahlia Case, a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and challenges. While the settings in which I offer therapy have changed, my commitment to helping clients create meaningful change remains constant.
I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring my work to each individual’s unique needs. I’m passionate about helping you not just believe change is possible, but to support you in making it happen. My sessions are interactive, and I focus on the connection between your thoughts, behaviors, and life outcomes.
Described as empathically direct and grounding, I prioritize understanding the “why” behind your behaviors, not just coping with them. I use humor, honesty, and authenticity to build trust and create a space where you feel comfortable exploring deeper patterns.
As a Christian, faith is a central part of my life and impacts my therapeutic style. I have worked with non-Christian clients and welcome those with various, limited, or no identified faith. For those who desire it, I am able to incorporate Christian faith-based practices into our work together.
I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. While I bring my expertise, your insights are just as important in our work together. Ultimately, I see therapy as a space for teaching, discovering, and finding new ways to grow.
Hope is the thread that runs through my practice, and I’ve seen how even a small shift can lead to powerful transformation.
I invite you to journey towards transformation with me.
